We worked with RMIT University and the University of Melbourne to make it easy for you to bring the health and wellness benefits of plants to your space.

It’s no secret that we love plants. But you might not know that they’re doing you lots of favours too. With urbanites now spending up to 90% of their time indoors, there are heaps of reasons to remember to get out into nature, but to also bring the outdoors in.

Our modern environment is full of pollutants, particularly indoors. We worked with RMIT and Melbourne University to better understand how plants can help, and we found something amazing – just one plant in an average sized room can increase your air quality by 25%. And every plant adds more benefit – cleaning the air, but also making you feel more relaxed and positive, and ready to take on your day.
